GENERAL TERMS FOR PRE-ORDERS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Dear Customer,

By registering and using our B2B portal, you agree to the following terms regarding pre-orders and advance payments:


  1. Orders placed via the B2B portal are considered "pre-orders" and do not automatically guarantee the immediate availability of all requested products. A final confirmation regarding product availability and shipping costs will be sent to you by email after we receive your pre-order.

  2. To fully confirm your pre-order, a 30% advance payment of the total order amount (excluding shipping costs) is required, using the payment method agreed upon with our company. This advance serves as a security deposit and guarantee.

  3. Should you decide to cancel the order for any reason, please note that the 30% advance deposit is not fully refundable. We will retain a fixed fee of €40.00 and a variable fee of 3% of the order value as compensation for handling, verifying product availability, order preparation, product reservation, and shipping cost calculations.

  4. The remaining balance of 70%, together with any agreed shipping fees, must be settled before products are shipped. You will be promptly informed about the payment details and timing.

  5. By confirming each new pre-order through the B2B portal, you accept these terms, establishing a legally binding agreement between both parties. When confirming a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these conditions.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively by the court located in the jurisdiction of our company's registered office.

By registering and using our B2B portal, you acknowledge having fully understood and accepted all terms stated above.
